Architectural Designer

Are you a skilled Architectural Designer looking for a part-time opportunity in Roskilde? Our architecture firm is seeking a talented individual with experience in architectural design to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and producing innovative designs for commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, as well as experience with drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Research building codes and regulations for project compliance
- Prepare presentations for clients to visualize design concepts
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. As this is a part-time role, no accommodation or visa sponsorship will be provided. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who possess the required skills and experience.
