Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Keep track of employee attendance and leave requests
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, expenses, and other financial documents
- Create and update company policies and procedures as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Conduct research as needed for company projects or initiatives
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
