Junior Information Security Analyst

As a Junior Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring the security of our company's systems and networks. This includes identifying potential vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments, and implementing security measures to protect our data and systems. You will work closely with our team of experienced analysts to identify and respond to security incidents, as well as assist in the development of security policies and procedures. This is an entry-level position that offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the field of information security.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability scans and risk assessments
- Monitor network traffic for unusual activity
- Investigate and respond to security incidents
- Implement and maintain security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
- Assist in the development of security policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in information security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Knowledge of common operating systems, networking protocols, and web technologies
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Location: Odense, Denmark (Preference for candidates with a biometric passport)
Salary: $1300 per month (without accommodation)
Experience: No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
