Construction Project Manager

We are a leading construction company located in Kolding seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
