We are searching for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Online Consultant/Advisor to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As an Online Consultant/Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to our online customers through various communication platforms including chat, email, and phone. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy with knowledge of online tools and platforms, and have previous experience in customer service or sales. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through various communication channels in a timely manner
- Providing expert product/service recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Resolving customer issues effectively by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Building strong relationships with customers by establishing trust and rapport
- Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve the overall customer experience
- Staying up-to-date with company products/services and industry trends
- Meeting or exceeding individual performance targets set by the company

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant/Advisor or similar role in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Proficiency in using online tools and platforms such as chat software, email systems, social media platforms, etc.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
