Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by setting forms and ensuring proper placement of reinforcing steel
- Pour concrete into forms and use various tools to smooth and level the surface
- Apply finishing techniques such as brushing, troweling, or stamping to create desired texture
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality of finished product
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Basic knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
