Now, we’re looking for a dynamic and visionary Social Media Manager to amplify our story and engage our growing community both online and offline.

The Role
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice and strategist behind Caffeine and Culture’s digital presence. You’ll craft compelling content, build meaningful engagement, and turn our social channels into a digital extension of our cafe’s warm, creative, and caffeinated atmosphere. You’ll work closely with our marketing, events, and cafe teams to ensure our online narrative aligns with our in-person experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn (with potential for new platforms).
Create visually stunning, on-brand content—photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and graphics—that showcases our coffee, food, events, and cultural vibe.
Plan and manage a content calendar that balances promotional posts, user-generated content, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and event highlights.
Engage with our community daily—responding to comments, DMs, and reviews, and fostering conversations.
Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.
Collaborate with influencers, local artists, and cultural partners for campaigns and takeovers.
Monitor trends in social media, Dubai’s food/cafe scene, and cultural events to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Support event promotion and live coverage (Instagram Lives, event recaps).
Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize paid campaigns for awareness and footfall.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle/arts sectors.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content creation, storytelling, and community growth.
Expertise in Instagram and TikTok—understanding algorithms, trends, Reels/Short-form video, and shoppable features.
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics) and scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
Analytical mindset—able to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent copywriting skills—able to adapt tone from playful to professional.
Deep understanding of Dubai’s multicultural audience and local social media landscape.
Passion for coffee, culture, community, and creativity!
Bonus: Experience with event marketing, influencer collaborations, or local SEO for businesses.
