Manager vacancy in Moscow Russia

Responsibilities:

1. Search for, attract, and develop new agencies and streamers in the RU/CIS region.
2. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with agencies, agency leaders, and streamers.
3. Analyze partners’ needs and provide solutions aimed at increasing their activity, revenue, and efficiency.
4. Support new partners: assist with registration, onboarding, training, and understanding platform rules.
5. Monitor KPI performance of partners and help them achieve their targets.
6. Collect and systematize feedback from agencies and streamers, and pass recommendations to the product team.
7. Participate in preparing and launching campaigns, bonus programs, and market-growth activities.
8. Monitor competitors and market trends, providing insights for strategy improvement

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in BD, account management, sales, or agency/streamer management.
2. Understanding of social apps, live-streaming platforms, or online entertainment industries.
3. Strong communication skills: ability to negotiate, build trust, and maintain relationships at all levels.
4. Analytical mindset and proactiveness; ability to independently find new opportunities and develop clients.
5. English or Chinese proficiency at a conversational level is a plus.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and stay results-oriented.
7. Interest in the entertainment industry and willingness to grow together with the company and partners.
