Administrative Assistant

We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, managing schedules and calendars, maintaining records and files, and coordinating meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Nepali nationality preferred. Salary: 1500$.
