Accountant

We are hiring an experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records for our company. This is a full-time, contract position with a starting salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare financial statements and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Verify and reconcile transactions and balances to ensure accuracy
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
- Prepare budgets and forecasts to assist with business planning
- Assist with annual audits and tax filings
- Communicate regularly with management to provide financial insights and recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the finance industry or for a multinational company
- Familiarity with Luxembourg's tax laws and regulations
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
