Merchandiser Supervisor


Our retail company in Jeddah is seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising process and ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most effective way. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for visual display.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure compliance with store layout and display guidelines
- Collaborate with store managers to create effective merchandising plans that align with sales strategies
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper product replenishment and rotation
- Train new merchandisers on company standards and procedures
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product displays and make necessary adjustments
- Work closely with suppliers to obtain marketing materials and coordinate in-store promotions
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product placement and pricing strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role within the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proven track record of successfully executing merchandising plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
