Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lusail. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial and inventory records. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food and beverage industry and strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Pakistani or Filipino cuisine. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by training staff on service standards and regularly monitoring performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, expenses, and employee schedules
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, changes in procedures, or address any concerns
- Continuously evaluate restaurant procedures and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Biometric passport required; previous experience working with Pakistani or Filipino cuisine preferred
