Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy restaurant in the city of Ar-Ruwais. This includes managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in managing a restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for cost-cutting measures or improvements to profitability

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Biometric passport is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Ar-Ruwais, a bustling city known for its vibrant food scene. The successful candidate may be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
