Merchandiser Assistant


As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising team in all aspects of product placement and presentation. This role is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for retail. You will work closely with the merchandising manager to ensure that products are displayed according to company standards and customer preferences. This position does not require any English language skills and is open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up displays and arranging products in an attractive manner
- Ensure that all products are accurately priced and labeled
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to the manager
- Work with the visual merchandising team to create appealing displays that drive sales
- Help maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Communicate with customers about product features, promotions, and sales
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the merchandising team
- Participate in stock-taking activities as needed

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but an interest in retail or fashion is preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time during shifts

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Wiltz, Egypt (open to all nationalities)
