We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team in Dickirch. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining the overall appearance of the shop.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to client specifications
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements for their needs
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Keep track of sales and ensure that financial targets are met
- Maintain the appearance of the shop by arranging displays and keeping the space clean and organized
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm new ideas and designs
- Stay updated on current trends in the floral industry

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Creativity and an eye for design
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours when needed
