As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for plants, flowers, and trees in outdoor spaces such as gardens, parks, and other landscaped areas. Your main duties will include planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and controlling pests to ensure the health and growth of the plants. You will also be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the outdoor space.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for gardening and a strong knowledge of plant care. Previous experience is not required but would be an advantage. This position is open to both Indian nationals and individuals from other nationalities who have a valid work permit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and controlling pests in outdoor spaces
- Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the outdoor space
- Identifying and addressing plant diseases or other issues
- Using gardening tools and equipment safely
- Keeping track of inventory and supplies needed for gardening tasks
- Assisting with landscaping projects as needed
- Communicating with team members to coordinate tasks and share knowledge
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
- A passion for gardening and a strong knowledge of plant care
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects or using gardening tools
- Attention to detail to maintain the appearance of the outdoor space
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Work permit (for non-nationals)

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Ar-Ruwais. The salary for this role is 1400$. Accommodation is not provided. This position is suitable for students or individuals without prior experience who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in gardening.
