Job Title: Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in St-Petersburg. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of our construction projects. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth progress of projects
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the construction site
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Communicate with clients on project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software

Salary: 1200$ (negotiable based on experience)

City: St-Petersburg (open to all nationalities)
