Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure successful project completion. Additionally, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts in collaboration with clients
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Manage a team of architects to ensure timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors throughout the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Review project proposals for feasibility and budget considerations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience in project management is preferred but not required

This position is open to candidates from all nationalities who meet the requirements. The salary for this role is $1500 per month without accommodation. However, our company will provide free visa processing and ticket for relocation if needed.
