Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect at our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Your role will also involve managing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings and models using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Review project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful completion
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project details
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members

Location: This position is located in Clairvaux but remote work may be possible for exceptional candidates.

Salary: Competitive salary starting at $1200 per month.
