Job Title: Head Chef



We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef for our restaurant located in the beautiful coastal city of Albena. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end establishment. As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, from menu creation to staff management. You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design innovative menus according to seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest quality standards
- Manage food inventory and ordering, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and within budget
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff, including chefs, line cooks, and other assistants
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and promotional menus
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve culinary offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, management, and customers
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also having strong skills in traditional cuisine
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
