Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring that they meet all quality, safety, and budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to complete projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Oversee the design process from concept development to final construction plans
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work closely with contractors to ensure that construction is carried out according to plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Ufa

This is a contract position.

Preference will be given to candidates who hold a biometric passport. English proficiency is not required for this role. We welcome applicants from all nationalities.
