Architectural Technologist

We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed plans and designs for construction projects. You will be responsible for producing technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications that meet building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed plans for construction projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings and 3D models
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Research construction materials and methods to determine the most efficient and cost-effective solutions
- Review project plans and make recommendations for improvements or modifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
