Office Assistant
Our company, located in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and reports
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Make travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Help with organizing meetings or events
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in an office setting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1700$ per month
