Courier Supervisor


We are in need of an experienced Courier Supervisor to oversee our delivery operations in Al-Kuwait. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of couriers and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers and monitor their performance
- Plan and assign delivery routes for couriers
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding deliveries
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct performance evaluations for couriers
- Implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety regulations while on the job

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in courier or delivery services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Al-Kuwait roads and traffic patterns
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using GPS navigation systems
Salary: 900$ per month
