Project Manager (Contract Position)

As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This is a contract position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning activities including defining scope, timeline, and budget
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Work closely with team members to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- Proven experience as a project manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience in contract management
- Previous experience working with Indian clients or teams

Location: Sheduva (Preference for Indian nationals)

Salary: $1000 per month
