Facade Technician

Our growing construction company in Kaunas is seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair building facades according to architectural plans
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install materials such as glass, metal panels, and stone
- Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing of facades
- Inspect existing facades for damage or wear and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Adhere to safety protocols while working at heights

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in facade installation or related field preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1600 per month
