A reputable floral shop in Sofia is seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements and designs using a variety of fresh flowers. Our ideal candidate should have exceptional creativity and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, holidays, etc.
- Maintaining and caring for all types of flowers, plants, and foliage.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with event planners, caterers, and other vendors to provide cohesive designs for events.
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Good physical stamina as the job may involve standing for long periods of time.
- Knowledge of different floral design techniques preferred but not required.

Salary:
Starting salary at $1400 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
Sofia, Bulgaria
