Responsibilities:
- Assist architects in developing construction plans and drawings
- Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination
- Create detailed 3D models and renderings
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative design solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Prior experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with BIM technology
