Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve leading a team of architects and collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's requirements
- Lead a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their expectations
- Oversee project budgets and schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or a similar role in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Atlanta (open to candidates from any nationality)
