We are currently hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Shan, Ethiopia. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment on construction sites to excavate, move and grade earth and rock materials. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment according to project requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
- Safely load and unload materials using the excavator's bucket or other attachments
- Follow blueprints, maps or construction plans to accurately complete excavation tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction or mining environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to handle long hours of physical labor

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees.
