Facade Technician


We are a leading construction company in Multan currently seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining external building facades, including glass, metal, and stone materials. Your attention to detail and technical skills will ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of our buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Install exterior building facades according to blueprints and design specifications
- Inspect existing facades for damage or wear and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing of facades to prevent water damage
- Use various tools and equipment such as scaffolding, cranes, drills, and saws to complete tasks
- Collaborate with other construction workers and contractors on building projects
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times while working at heights or with heavy machinery
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Familiarity with construction materials such as glass, metal, stone, and sealants
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design specifications accurately
- Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent physical stamina for working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Multan, Pakistan
