Office Assistant
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for office staff
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested by the management team
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Keep all office areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must have a valid work permit or own visa
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with other benefits such as annual leave, medical insurance, etc.
