We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Architecture Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Collaborate with contractors and team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Oversee the design process, ensuring all plans meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Experience working collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Vilnius (open for Canadians)

Language preference: English (fluent)
