Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Bungoma. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain and repair buildings, facilities, and equipment. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to identify issues and make necessary repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or fixtures
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on doors, windows, and other fixtures
- Respond to repair requests in a timely manner
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good communication skills in English (Filipino nationality preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if required

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bungoma (no accommodation provided)
