We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff
- Creating employee schedules and managing payroll
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Managing budget and financials to achieve profitability goals
- Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are consistently prepared to company standards
- Developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $900 per month

This is a seasonal position suitable for foreigners who do not need English proficiency. Accommodation may be provided. Students are welcome to apply.
