Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our busy restaurant in Sofia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a managerial role. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction, managing inventory and budget, and leading and training staff. A strong understanding of food safety regulations and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
