Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects in the city of Chelyabinsk. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. This role requires prior experience in construction management, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress of construction work and make necessary adjustments
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
