As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex computer systems and developing efficient solutions to improve their performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and business analysts, to gather requirements and design effective systems that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing computer systems to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Design and develop efficient solutions to improve system performance
- Test and troubleshoot solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Create technical documentation for system designs and implementations
- Provide support and training to end users on new systems or enhancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems architecture, programming languages, databases, and networking principles
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Business Analysis Professional)
