Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed plans for new construction or renovations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Prepare 3D models and renderings using various software
- Work closely with contractors to oversee construction process
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback from clients or contractors
