Guest Services Coordinator
As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests at our hotel in Nizwa. Your main duties will include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have during their stay. You will also be responsible for coordinating and managing guest requests such as room service, transportation, and reservations for local activities and events.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to ensure you have a thorough understanding of our hotel's services and amenities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.
