Personal Trainer
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Nairobi. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans for clients, guiding them through exercises, and monitoring their progress. Your main goal will be to help clients reach their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess their fitness level, health history, and set goals
- Design customized workout plans based on the client's needs and goals
- Lead individual or group training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques and providing guidance and motivation
- Monitor client progress and adjust workout plans accordingly
- Provide nutritional advice and guidance to clients to support their fitness journey
- Educate clients on proper form, safety precautions, and injury prevention during workouts
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role
- Certification in personal training from an accredited institution
- Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, exercise techniques, nutrition, and health management principles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Ability to adapt workout plans for individuals with different fitness levels or limitations
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- Must be physically fit, energetic, and able to demonstrate exercises effectively
Salary: $1100 per month
