Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Nakuru. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid sales techniques
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or visiting clients in person
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within set timeframes
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events as required
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree preferred
