Contract Administrator
A growing company in Braga is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all contracts for the company, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain all contracts for the company
- Ensure compliance with regulations and deadlines
- Communicate with internal teams and external parties regarding contract details
- Keep accurate records of all contract information
- Prepare reports on contract status and updates
- Identify any potential risks or discrepancies in contracts
- Collaborate with legal team to resolve any issues or disputes
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes that may impact contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of contract management software is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
