Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of masons and ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available. We welcome applications from Indian nationals and English speaking candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and assign tasks accordingly
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and to high quality standards
- Train new masons and provide ongoing guidance to improve their skills
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy
- Order materials needed for projects and maintain inventory
- Conduct safety inspections on job sites to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints accurately
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available for non-Egyptian nationals
