We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment, be fluent in English, and possess a biometric passport.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This may include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong attention to detail. They must also be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
