Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming them
- Mix and apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Ensure that the finished surface meets quality standards and specifications
- Repair any damages or imperfections before painting
- Follow safety protocols while handling paints and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial painting
- Familiarity with different types of paints, coatings, and surface preparation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications
- Physically fit to lift heavy objects and work in various positions
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
- Good communication skills
- Preferably have a biometric passport for ease of travel
