Job Title: Housekeeper for Multicultural Hotel in Nakuru



We are seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeper to join our multicultural hotel in Nakuru. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our guests' rooms and public areas. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1600$. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Malayalees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as needed
- Vacuum carpets and dust furniture
- Ensure all appliances and equipment are in working order
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalam language skills is a plus)
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20kg
- Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented
- Must have own visa or residence permit for Kenya
