Merchandiser - Eldoret, Egypt

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Eldoret, Egypt. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and displays of our products in various retail stores in the city. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products are effectively promoted and stocked in stores.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to check inventory levels, product placement, and displays
- Work with store managers to negotiate optimal product placement and displays
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Create attractive displays of products to increase visibility and sales
- Keep track of competitor's products and prices in stores
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotions for our products
- Train store staff on the features and benefits of our products
- Collect feedback from customers on product satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of retail industry trends
- Biometric passport for easy travel within Egypt

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
