Entry-Level Accountant


We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Accountant to join our team in Atlanta. As an Entry-Level Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with various accounting tasks. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited accounting experience who are looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide support for special projects as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Previous internship or 1 year of experience in accounting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
