Equipment Operator



The Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, to perform various tasks on construction sites. This role requires a skilled and experienced individual who can efficiently and safely operate equipment to complete projects within set timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project specifications and safety guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow instructions from site managers and work collaboratively with other team members
- Safely load, transport, and unload materials using equipment
- Conduct pre-operational checks to ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Monitor fuel levels and refuel equipment as needed
- Keep accurate records of daily operations and report any issues or concerns to site supervisors
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in reading and understanding project plans
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred:
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation
- Bilingual in English and Hindi

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Shan (Indian nationals preferred)
